C ynthia erivo washemingly synt into a slight panic at the tokyo premiere of Wicked When she realized she’d accidentally abandoned her struggling co-star.
A video has emerged online of erivo, director john m. chu and Ariana Grande Walking up a set of stairs onto the stage at the Premiere, with Erivo and Chu Walking in Front of Grande.

As erivo and chu reached the stairs, they continued to walk across the stage – Not Noticing Grande was Stuck Behind Them, Struggling to make her way up the stares, of her dresse.

As Grande Continued to Try to Lift Her dress and kick it out from Under Her Feat, Erivo and Chu Seamed Worlds Away, Waveing to Fans.
Until Erivo Looked Behind Her.
The minute she turned Around and Saw Grande Still Stuck Mid-STAIRCASE, Erivo Began to Run Across the Stage Arms outstretched to Help Her Friends and Co-Star, with Chu Not FAR FAR BEHIND.
The duo eventually made it to Grande, helping her make it up the last few stars and the three continued across the stage togetra.

The cinema erupted into cheers as the trio took to the stage, all expressing their love for the country.
The cheers will louder when Grande, in perfectly practiced fluent japanese, said to the crowd of adoring fans, “I love japan”.
