iQOO 13: First glimpse of racetrack-inspired Nardo Gray color


iQOO has already announced that its next flagship – iQOO 13 – will be launched in India on December 3, 2024. As the launch date is coming closer, the company has started sharing some details about the upcoming launch. In this series, iQOO has now shared a glimpse of the racetrack-inspired Nardo Gray color of the smartphone.

“Drawing inspiration from the ionic racetrack of Italy, this bold and sophisticated shade embodies the spirit of power and speed, mirroring the sleek allure of asphalt,” the company said in a release.

The company has also shared the image of Legend Edition which features blue-back-red tricolour patterns, thanks to iQOO’s collaboration with BMW.

Already unveiled on October 30 in China, the device is expected to sport the same design and key specifications in India.

iQOO 13 to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has already announced that the upcoming device will be powered by the latest octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

iQOO 13 Expected Specs

Expected specifications for this device include a Halo light feature and a 2K LTPO AMOLED display panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is also going to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with a Q2 gaming chipset.

Notably, the iQOO 13 could be only the second Snapdragon 8 Elite powered device in India, following the Realme GT 7 Pro.

In China, the iQOO 13 has been launched with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, an in-house Q2 gaming chipset, and up to 16GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device can be expanded up to 1TB. The device runs on Android 15-based OriginOS 5, and In India, it will likely come with a FuntouchOS 15 skin. Additionally, the handset will feature a 6,150mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.

The device packs a triple camera setup, encompassing a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit, which includes a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide shooter. The smartphone has a 32MP sensor for selfies. The IQOO 13 is expected to have an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance.
