Apple has also introduced a feature that people have been waiting for a long time – Call Recording. With iOS 18.1, users will not just be able to record the call but they can also get a real-time transcription of calls with the help of the Apple Intelligence (AI) feature.

In order to use this feature, you need to make sure that your smartphone is updated to iOS 18.1. Simply go to the settings and then to Software Update to update your smartphone.

Call Recording on iPhones: How To Use?

Step 1: Go to the Phone app on your iPhone

Step 2: Make a call. (A call recording option is also available for incoming calls)

Step 3: During the call, you’ll see a record button. Tap in the top left corner of your screen. The recording will begin with an audio notice that both call participants will hear.

Step 4: After your call ends, the recording will be saved in your Voice Notes app, along with a summary of key points discussed.

Step 5: Visit the app to go through the entire call.
