Rebecca McEntire has denied allegations she called taylor swift an “entitled little brat” at the 2024 super bowl,
A post from the Facebook page titled America Loves Liberty has been widely circulated this week, claiming the country music star was disappointed in Swift’s behavior at the event.
“Reba McIntire talks about how disappointed she was to look up at the big screen while performing The National Anthem, only to see Taylor Swift laughing and drinking and making a mockery of the event,” the post reads, misspelling McEntire’s name.

“I let her have it afterward. She’s an entitled brat,” the Facebook page claims she responded.
Yesterday, McEntire responded to the allegation in an Instagram post.
She shared a screenshot of the Facebook post, writing in the caption, “Please don’t believe everything you see on the Internet. I did not say this.”
“Taylor is a wonderful artist, strong role model and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry,” she continued.

McEntire and Swift were both present at the 2024 Super Bowl, where the Facebook page alleged the incident occurred. McEntire performed the national anthem in the pre-game ceremony.
Swift did not perform but was in attendance to support her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce.
Pictures from the event show Swift standing with her hand on her heart for McEntire’s performance of the national anthem. She watched the game from a VIP Suite alongside Miles Teller, Lana Del Ray, Ice Spice and Blake Lively.

Since McEntire’s statement, the Facebook page has posted again stating, “I think we might be in trouble”.
