OnePlus 13 likely to sport a re-designed camera layout with enhanced camera capabilities


The Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus is expected to launch its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13, next month. Reports have surfaced, shedding light on the probable specifications and the design of the device. It is being speculated that the OnePlus 13 is likely to be the first smartphone to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. The device is also anticipated to witness significant camera upgrades, along with some design changes.

Leaked images on social media show the rumored OnePlus 13 in a protective case. It is expected to sport a redesigned camera layout. Additionally, the device is also rumored to include an upgraded periscope camera, which will elevate its camera capabilities.

The camera setup is expected to encompass a 50MP primary camera, featuring a Sony LYT- 808 sensor, a 50MP Ultra-Wide camera, and a 50MP periscope Telephoto lens.

Some social media users also revealed that the OnePlus 13 will use the same image processing algorithm as the Oppo Find X8 series, which is also set to be launched next month in China.

However, the company has not yet officially revealed whether the OnePlus 13 will have a circular rear camera, similar to its predecessors.
